I'm a single mom looking for love. I have a GORGEOUS & VERY BRIGHT little girl, named Kia, who is the light of my life! I've been single for about 6 years, and I'll tell you right now, I'm NOT looking for a "baby daddy". She already has a daddy. He's a deadbeat but her dad nonetheless. If I find lasting friendships great! If GOD sends me my soul mate through here, even better. It’s all about HIS will. I believe the person you marry should be your best friend, so that's important to me. I'll tell you right now that I don't believe in divorce...marriage is serious and sacred to me. Looks don't really matter to me, considering I'm not a supermodel myself, but they're always a plus.

I love babies & children, and if it is GOD's will, I would love to have more some day. So, the guy I'm looking for would HAVE TO want that too or at least be willing to consider it/undecided.

I believe in and love GOD with all my heart. HE is MY Savior, MY rock, MY friend, MY lighthouse... I don't believe that we will ever be where we should be in our relationship with HIM but should never stop trying to get closer to HIM and become more "GOD-like". So, it shouldn't surprise you when I say that I'm not where I'd like to be and am constantly working to get there. I attend church regularly, and I LUV to worship HIM!!! My favorite scripture is Psalm 139:1-3...

Unfortunately, I sometimes have to miss church services for reasons beyond my control. You see, I have a couple chronic illnesses, so I feel bad A LOT. However, I am being treated, so I’m not like walking around ½ dead or on my “deathbed”, but sometimes, I just can’t be as active as I’d like to be.

I'm currently taking a break from college due to my illnesses. However, I FULLY intend on going back and finishing my 4 yr BS degree to become an RN. I have about 2 yrs left, depending on the class load I take. When I finish, my dream is to work in a NICU (neonatal ICU) w/ sick babies, premies...

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?

First and foremost, I'm looking for a man that loves GOD and is not afraid to worship HIM!! This is the MOST important component in my eyes.

Secondly, like I said earlier, I believe we should be friends. I believe this is the 2nd MOST important component. I believe a strong faith in GOD & a strong friendship w/ your significant other makes up the foundation for a successful relationship.

Thirdly, I want a man who can/will love me AND my daughter unconditionally/loves me for me...

Last but not least, he needs to be honest, loyal/faithful, trusting, trustworthy, humorous (very important in my life), responsible, mature (immature at right time), goal-oriented, educated, job, hard workin', not hot tempered, understanding, caring, supportive, romantic, defensive/protective of his family, passionate, sensitive...I'd love to find a man that can sing...I've always dreamed of being sung to at my wedding...a man that is a bit a DIYer...
