I am basically shy but can be quite assertive when I need to; I like my sense of humor and enjoy others with one, too; I love my children and my pets and consider them to be an extremely important part of my life; I thrive on being busy at work, yet truly appreciate quiet time at home and on the weekends; I do smoke and watch t.v. which I think are horrible habits but have not given them up completely; I am quite adventurous but not as much as the daredevil I used to be; I am often told that I should write a book because I am skilled at writing, (which does not seem to be apparant at this moment), but I have journaled, from time to time, and have found it to be a wonderful way to learn more about myself; I have a curious and investigative nature and occasionally consider entering the private eye business; I am creative in a variety of ways and love that about myself; I struggle with faith and the whole concept of a higher power at times, wondering what my place is in the whole scheme of things and question if I am doing all that I can to add something positive to the world ... I know I should refrain from becoming complicated, but this is all a part of me; for some simple pleasures in life I love going for walks on the pier, picnics in the park, watching the sun rise, smelling roses (I confess that I do this fairly often), drinking a great cup of coffee, reading a good book, eating cake, talking with my kids and snuggling with my dogs ... or cats and laughing - I really love to laugh!   Send me a message!
