The dating scene is a hard one to handle at times, but can be fun with the right person. Fun, but tough.

Ok so you have read this far and I am here to tell you a bit more about myself. I do not like people that play games, or are totally consumed by themselves. So if you are here to talk about only yourself all the time, please stop now and go else where. Also if you are the type of person that picks up the phone and calls me to only carry on other conversations with whom ever is present in front of you at the time, just don’t bother, it is annoying. Ok now that I got that out of the way.

Had to update because of the last disaster. Met somone on here and well I wanted to run screaming like my hair was on fire. He posted a picture of himself that was about a year and a half old, so when we meet he has a mohawk, and a ZZ top beard. People a piece of advice don't try to be someone you are not. Needless to say I was upset at being decieved and told him so and left him standing there at the bar alone.

I am a mother of two girls, divorced and pretty happy, but still feel that I am missing that special someone. I would love to be married again, sometime, some day, I miss it a bit. I work in Beltsville MD as a Network Engineer and live in Hanover MD. I use to live in VA and did that commute but after 2 and a half years I had to just say NO More. I enjoy going to Fells Point although it has been a while since I have been there. I love the “Horse you Rode in On” Fun times….. So if you have never been, lets make plans, its a fun time.

I have yet to experience DC much, so if you have any ideas, and would like to show me the ropes, give a shout.

I'm originally from New York, but was shipped off in early 1994 to join the Navy and loved every minute of it. I spent the entire 12 years on the west coast and couldn’t wait to get back here. I don’t need to drink to have the powerful accent come out; it is always there so I am told. I am a wee bit Irish and a lot Polish. Being that my father was born and raised over in Poland. Yes I have been to both places and OMG loved them so much. I'm a tall woman standing at 5’ 9 ½” and don’t like too look down at men, it’s really a big turn off for me. I enjoy the gym and love bringing my bag to work but somehow it remains under my desk. I do like spending time with my girls or just seeing the sights, dinner? I love to cook and enjoy feeding someone that can really eat. I would have to say all around I am a lover not a fighter. I don’t dance unless it is Martini call and then that can be interesting. I don't have a negative view on life and what is in it but do have my own oppinion, and if challenged I will fight for what I believe in.

I have been told that I am a freak by nature but love at heart. All my intentions are good and would never be unkind on purpose, taking a joke is a good quality. Having ambition is a must.

I am looking to meet someone that I can enjoy and will enjoy what I have to offer as well. I don't want games have been there done that. Plus I think I am a bit out dated with all that non-sence lets hang out and see where it goes.
