I'm a creative, dependable, responsible, fun, fit, guy doing what he loves in life. I'm looking for a friend to spend time getting to know: if it turns out to be more, great, if not, great. I don’t try to control the uncontrollable. I just want to hang out, maybe see a band, a play, movie, bookstore, etc. I love good conversation, laughter, learning and traveling. I am told I am an extravert, but I still see myself as the overly shy kid who couldn’t get up the confidence to ask a girl out. I prefer dogs but respect cats. I don’t hunt, like guns, live for sports, or have multiple girlfriends, but then, I’m not effeminate even though I catch myself crossing my legs like a woman and holding my pinky up when I sip from a wine glass?.... I like nice things but am not material. I prefer the city over the suburbs, but need a nature fix every now and then. I love and am good with kids but don’t think I want to have another. I have been to Japan, London, Munich, and most cool US cities, but I haven’t been to Florida or Paris yet. I don’t feel like I need to ever go to Florida but I am planning a trip to Paris early next year where I am excited to see how bad my French is – oui, j’ai parle francaise aussi! I’m a liberal who believes we should have a little less poverty at the expense of the extreme wealth in this country.
