Hi there, this is John's friend, Patrick. Because John isn't really the type of guy that's into personally advertising his advantages like so many features on a new car (20,000 mile warranty! Stay-gloss finish!), he's dispatched me to do so in his stead.

Anyone that knows John knows he's solid and reliable. Since relationships are the Swiss watches of human interaction--breathtakingly beautiful but simultaneously delicate and fragile--you can be assured John will put in the effort to ensure everything keeps "ticking along" (and yes, his jokes are just as corny as mine).

John is the guy that will come and pick you up 150 miles away from his house when your tire blows out on the side of the highway. At 2 AM. In the snow. With downed power wires.

John is the guy that will play you a special song on the piano on Valentine's Day, listen to all your problems and then actually stick around. He's not transient, and he's not flaky.

He's a high school music teacher, and he directs regional and community theater in the summers. He loves his work, but I have personally witnessed that he loves being in a relationship--with the right person--even more.
