Loneliness is a dependable friend but, also a hated enemy. At this moment in my life loneliness is a strict unforgiving teacher. I've learned enough.

Personals ads are like a homework assignment. You want to be impressive with the content but, MUST NOT be cliche. You imagine the types of people that will be reading it and reconsider doing it altogether, yet that hope that someone alluring will respond keeps you going. I'll do my best to describe who i am--I may come across as a bit arrogant.

I was-- a construction worker, a drug dealer, a chubby little boy, a best friend, a skateboarder, a college dropout, a punk, a upstate New Yorker, a mortgage broker, a suburban resident of the great Northeast, a hero and a villain.

I am-- a clinical research coordinator, a debtor, a Jiu Jitsu wrestler, a Theosophist, a duel citizen, a student, a wannabe writer, a psuedointellectual, Korean/Ukrainian-British, not skinny nor fat, improving daily, gentle, generous, strong, honest, strangely sympathetic and sarcastic.

I have-- an apartment below 3 friendly Vegans, a French Roommate, cable, brown slightly slanted eyes, short dark coffee colored hair, hyperthyroidism, a reasonably healthy diet, too many old shoes, tattoos, unpaid student loans, vices, and a beautiful cat.

I like-- back yards, quiet places, sitting in the cheap seats at Phillies games, debating about anything, ancient history, puns, and interesting, funny women.

I need-- someone to think about when a slow song comes on the radio, chemistry, somebody to care about me, genuine friendship, and most importantly, laughter.

An ad fails if you never meet, there has to be more than a string of letters to a relationship. So write me, we'll exchange flattering and embarrassing photos, and meet. Reality will most likely make revisions in the text--hopefully for the better.
