I'm a lover, not a fighter - - but I do enjoy arguing.

I'm a worker, not a slacker - - but the occasional day spent doing too much of nothing is sometimes cherished.

I'm a friend, not a foe - - but if we don't like each other, I won't pretend that we do.

I am in college, and for the most part, enjoy being there. I wish I could be knowledgeable on everything in every possible subject. If I could have a superpower, I would want to be able to learn anything in a matter of minutes, or maybe in my sleep. My goal this summer is to try to learn a new language. I've always felt stunted knowing only one. (English if you haven't guessed yet.) My two favorite things in the world to study are Psychology and Health, hence my major, Biobehavioral Health.

I'm an emotional person. I'd say I'm very in tune with other's needs. I'm sympathetic. I love to listen and ask questions, or just listen if that is what the person needs. I also love to talk, but not in an overshadowing way. I'm not selfish, but I know when I need to look out for myself. I need to respect my own desires as well. I'm affectionate, and usually forward when I know what I want. I'm not judgmental. If you're a nice person, I'll talk to you. But if you treat people like ****, don't bother.

I love things and ideas. I love long conversations with a wide array of subjects. I love that feeling you get when you know you've finally moved on. I love my toes in the sand. I love walks in the park. I love drinking iced coffee and iced tea. I love sitting by the river. I love sushi. I love discovering new places. I love reminiscing with old friends. I love fantasizing about the future. I love succeeding. I love creativity in artistic forms.

I day dream a lot, mostly when I'm exercising. I try to do that every day. Music is the only thing that can calm me down sometimes. I listen to classic and alternative rock mostly, but I've got a pretty open mind. I will most likely try everything once, as long as it does not coincide with a strong fear -- like heights. So, no, I'll probably never go sky diving, but if you want to take me to see a band you like, or want me to see a movie you're really into, I'm sure I would oblige.

I'm not a big drinker, but I go out. It's a good time, but it's not everything in life. There are so many more things to see and do. It's a turn-off to me when someone is all about partying 24/7. I'm pretty girly, but I also love most sports. I enjoy playing basketball any chance I get. Sometimes it's hard finding people who are willing to lose to me ; ) I like going to baseball and football games. I'm competitive with many things. It's fun.

I could get lost anywhere. I'm probably the worst pool player you will ever meet.
