I'm looking for a person to stand next to, she has to be smart. Smart with her money and her life. She has to understand how a guy works and yes I think I know how a woman works (only some of the time). It takes two to make a relationship work; it’s too hard for one person to do it alone. Old fashion is the foundation for my upbringing and I grew up in a house full of women.
So a few other things that are on my list of nice to haves is
No smoking-----sorry but that is a deal breaker
Good with money-----not have it- know how to keep it!!!!
Not a drunk----this gets old when you’re this age!
Good job----with the way things are going you need this
Cook-----this is for your safety, you really have no idea what I can do to food. I have a man cookbook and I can use it.
Take care of yourself---- well this fills in a few more blanks that tells you what I'm looking for!
