I recently moved to the Detroit area after teaching Math in Las Vegas for a while. I'm originally from Northern Michigan and I'm glad to be back home.

I love movies, reading, music and good conversation, being outside (hiking, camping, skiing, etc) but only for "light recreation" (couple hours = good fun, 20 mile hike = out of my league).

I'll be the first to admit that I'm kind of a nerd. I sew, I like old movies, and love NPR. I love to laugh and to be silly. I love sarcasm and dark humor and have a knack (curse?) for finding the humor in everything.

I'm very close to my family and friends.

I'm looking for someone who gets my sense of humor. Smart, easy to talk to, blah blah blah...all of the generic things anyone wants.
