I believe that the future casts a light upon the present, that lack of honest communication is at the root of most relationship problems - not change. We all have the choice of growing together or apart.

I signed onto this website in hopes of finding some interesting people to talk to and possibly a wonderful women with which I could develop a close relationship.

This sight is full of interesting people of all types - fun ones, idiots, smart, witty, sad, happy, brave etc. It does not disappoint. But at first it seemed to lack in the type of women I was hoping to find. Someone that just wasn't looking for Mr. Perfect or to just hook up for a while. But after being on here a short while, I came to the conclusion that maybe I wasn't presenting myself in the best manner.
So here goes...
Women: I adore women - the way they are made, smell (well most of them), act, think, but I do have preferences, I like bigger hips than small, a smaller chest than large, red hair more than blond or black, lighter complexion than tan or dark, shorter than tall, but if they have a happy genuine smile, all the above is really secondary.
Me: I am not into causal sex, one night stands, using someone or being used.
I have had four relationships, the shortest of which was three and a half years. I have grown children and some grandchildren, some live close by, others no so, but we still talk all the time.
I use to be a gear head, a combat shooter (Browning High Power 9mm, M14 SA, Car shorty), but now I write and do art work. I handcraft custom guitars, lutes, violins etc and have plans to build a baby grand piano of my own design. I am neat, but not OCD
I'm into C.G. Jung, F.David Peat and the like, Quantum mechanics, enjoying life, love, friends and family.
I have never struck a women and never will, I sincerely listen and want to be listened to.
The thing I dislike about being single is not having someone with which I can share my thoughts, feelings, ideas and hopes, and someone open and honest enough to share hers with me. Ask me and I will tell you. I am not here to rescue anyone - in the back of my closet you will find my dented, rusting armor, shield and sword.
