It's a great life, and I'm comfortable in my own skin. I'm committed to contributing and making a difference, and it would be even better to share the journey with someone like-minded. I'm now entering a new era - my only daughter is successfully "launched", and it's time to focus on other things.

I'm an educated, intelligent, independent thinker who loves to gain a deep understanding of how things work, and I love sharing philosophies and different perspectives to learn as much as I can about as much as possible! But I'm more than an intellectual theorist - I'm living my values and beliefs and continuing to challenge myself to keep learning and growing.

I enjoy exploring new ideas and challenging my limitations, although that's probably not so true of physical challenges like heights - I have no desire to free-fall from great heights!!

I'm at my best lighting other people up and watching them shine - I'm a Libra, and that's about partnership.

I love to be busy and I'm a masterful multi-tasker, powering through lots of activities because I enjoy seeing the results. I'm very creative in quite practical ways, and skilled at traditional home-making skills (won the Betty Crocker Family Leader of Tomorrow Award in High School!) such as cooking, sewing, gardening etc. I also enjoy handcrafts such as knitting, spinning, weaving, beading and jewellery-making; I have a secondary business producing one-off items for sale.

I'm looking for a multi-dimensional relationship - emphasis on the process of RELATING. For me, that's about being present with each other, communicating, sharing values and goals, supporting each other and wanting the best for each other.
